Serene Paalatoo bridges this gap with a Model People & Pet Store, offering essential pet services and an engaging owner experience. Our in-house pet food line ensures affordability without compromising quality. By integrating retail, services, and community-driven pet care, we create a scalable, globally adaptable model, revolutionizing the pet care industry.
Business Model
Phase1- 2025
We will launch the first Model People & Pet Store in a major metro city, offering comprehensive pet services like a pet hotel, pet product shopping, grooming, ethical breeding & adoption, pet game zones, and veterinary care etc. To enhance the experience for pet owners, the store will feature a cafeteria and a kids' game zone, creating a family-friendly space where owners can relax while their pets receive care. Additionally, we will scale our affordable in-house pet food, making high-quality nutrition accessible through pet shops, medical stores, and retail outlets, benefiting both pet owners and stray feeders.
Phase2: 2026-2027
Building on success, we will expand People & Pet Stores across India and globally, bringing our multi-service model to new markets. Our pet food division will scale for PAN-India distribution and export, ensuring affordability without compromising quality. We will introduce a subscription-based fresh pet food delivery service for personalized pet nutrition. To enhance accessibility, we will launch a dedicated pet e-commerce platform, allowing owners to book pet services, purchase products, and access expert pet care resources—all in one place.
