Kitchens Centre provides ready to move in kitchens, supply chain solutions and marketing support to help food brands grow and expand across geographies.
India only has 2 brands with more than 500+ outlets, China has 35+. There are only 6+ brands with 1000cr in value in F&B compared to 70+ FMCG. It is easy for FMCG brands to expand in different geographies through warehouses, contract manufacturers etc. to get more revenue. Food outlets require heavy capex and due to thin margins of brands it makes expansion hard. Through us the expansion without capex and synergy on cost side helps the Food Brands to run a more profitable business.
Our revenues come from: Fixed rental or revenue share for real estate, sale of raw material and marketing services to our tenants.

Why did you decide to start this company?
Online food delivery industry was bullied by the aggregators only, which kept on adding to the plight of restaurant partners. Therefore, in 2019 Kitchens Centre was started, to help restaurants grow and sustain through the bottleneck in the industry.
