Our AI-powered engine, OceanAI, matches corporate sustainability goals with verified, high-integrity climate projects. Using blockchain, we ensure traceability, trust, and auditability across every transaction. Hestiya also acts as an outsourced sustainability partner—offering GHG accounting, offset strategy, and access to a curated portfolio of climate solutions.We are scaling a seamless platform that connects climate capital to real-world impact.

Business Model

Our core business model is built around helping enterprises and project developers seamlessly participate in the voluntary carbon and renewable energy certificate (I-REC) markets. We generate revenue through four primary streams: Transactional Fee (5%) – A percentage cut from every carbon credit or I-REC trade facilitated on our marketplace, paid by the enterprise buyer. Listing Fee ($1,000/project) – Charged to project developers for onboarding their verified carbon offset or renewable energy projects onto the Hestiya platform. Issuance & Advisory Services (project/company) – Customized support to assist both corporates and developers in strategy, registration, issuance, and certification of carbon credits and I-RECs. SaaS Subscription Tools (annually) – ESG and GHG accounting software for companies, including real-time emission tracking, reduction strategy tools, and regulatory compliance dashboards. Our AI engine powers intelligent matching between companies and offset/REC projects based on emissions profile, industry, geography, SDG alignment, and budget. This not only boosts buyer confidence and project visibility but also increases transaction velocity. By offering an end-to-end ecosystem—from GHG accounting to credit retirement—we serve as the outsourced sustainability office for mid-sized enterprises while giving project developers international market access.
